Foods to watch out for....

Below is a list of foods to watch out for, that are often decieving in making you think that they are ok to be eaten, but pumped full of sugar and other crazy additives:

 Sorry guys!Also, if you're in any doubt about whether or not your foods have hidden sugars and nasty ingredients, turn over the products, look at the ingredients and watch out for these bad boys:
  • Sucrose
  • Fructose
  • Glucose
  • Dextrose
  • Galactose
  • Lactose
  • Maltose
  • Invert sugar
  • Raw sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Confectioner's sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Corn syrup
  • High-fructose corn syrup
  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Molasses
  • Hydrolysed starch
So when looking at your special diet foods, low fat ready meals etc please watch out for all these sorts of things, as although the foods may be "low calorie" or "low fat", they will most likely be pumped full of some form of sugar, making it just as difficult to battle body fat!
